Terms of Service

Last updated July 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of Feedock, the workspace that turns user feedback into shipped product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Feedock on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for it.

01The service

Feedock is a lightweight product operating system for small teams: a feedback board, a public roadmap, a changelog, and simple execution (tasks, milestones, and docs), plus a hosted portal, an embeddable widget, and a React SDK for your own site. We add and change features over time, and these terms cover whatever the service currently offers.

02Your account

You need an account to run a workspace. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account, so keep your password private and use a strong, unique one. You must be able to enter a binding contract and must give accurate account information.

Your end users do not need accounts. People who submit feedback, vote, comment, or subscribe do so with an email address only, verified by a one-time link. They are not Feedock account holders, and their identity stays scoped to your workspace.

03Acceptable use

When you use Feedock, you agree not to:

  • Break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate anyone's privacy.
  • Upload malware, attempt to breach or overload the service, or probe it without authorization.
  • Send spam or unsolicited email through Feedock's notification features.
  • Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that you don't have the right to share.
  • Resell or white-label the service except as your plan expressly allows.

04Your content

You keep ownership of what you and your users put into Feedock: feedback, roadmap items, changelog entries, tasks, docs, and comments. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process, back up, and display that content in order to run the service for you.

You control what is public. Most items have a public/private toggle: anything you mark public may appear on your portal, widget, and SDK surfaces, while private content stays inside your workspace. You are responsible for the content in your workspace and for having the rights and consent to store and publish it.

05AI features

Feedock uses AI to handle busywork: grouping duplicate requests, scaffolding tasks and specs, and drafting changelog entries. AI drafts; you approve. Nothing the AI produces is published or emailed until a human on your team confirms it.

AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so review it before you rely on it. To provide these features we send relevant workspace content, such as feedback text and aggregate counts, to our AI provider. We do not send your end users' email addresses to the AI. See the Privacy Policy for details.

06Third-party integrations

Feedock connects to services you choose, such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Gitea, Slack, Discord, and Telegram. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. You authorize us to access them on your behalf using credentials you provide, which we store encrypted, and you can disconnect any integration at any time.

07Plans, trials, and payment

Feedock offers a free plan and paid plans. The features, limits, and fees of each plan are shown in your billing settings and at checkout. Plan limits, such as project, seat, and AI-usage caps, are enforced in the product. Where a paid plan includes a free trial, your workspace returns to the free plan when the trial ends unless you subscribe.

08Availability and changes

We work to keep Feedock available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add, or remove features and perform maintenance, and we'll try to give notice of significant changes.

09Termination

You can stop using Feedock and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to Feedock or others. When access ends we'll make reasonable efforts to let you export your data first where practical.

10Disclaimers

Feedock is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feedock is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. When we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Feedock after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Feedock operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that location have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory local law gives you other rights.
